The staff was wonderful and seemed to notice and care about the small things. We will be coming back!

− There was not much, if I had to choose o e thing it would be the elevators. They were small for the 4 of us to get into.

10.0Todo fue bueno, la comida del restaurante era muy buena, todos son demasiado amables y serviciales, nos facilitaron un servicio de tours, las instalaciones son bonitas, y tiene una pequeña tienda dentro del hotel con productos básicos x si olvidaste algo. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme
− El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, y nunca fue nadie a revisarlo o repararlo, por suerte no hacía tanto calor era el clima agradable , pero a ratos por la noche si necesitaba un poco más de aire, y nos hubiera gustado poder entrar a la piscina, lastimosamente estaba demasiado sucia , y no creímos seguro meternos así 😅 , sería bueno que revisaran eso , ya que la principal razón de escoger este hotel , fue por la piscina 🫠
