6.0The room was freezing and the hot water was tepid. The staff were rude especially the females in reception - felt like it was an inconvenience to get bar service. No eye contact, banging around. Terrible.

8.0It would have gotten 5 starts. However we stayed on the 4th floor. And I think either the dining room or someone with kids getting in and out of chairs was above us. Starting at 7 am it was so noisy I could not sleep. Chairs were scratching the floor. They need to pit felt under the chairs and stool legs. Also the outside noise was bad. It does not have good soundproofing.

10.0There’s a construction behind the building. We asked for towels for shower twice and they never changed it during our 3 night stay .. they gave us hand towels instead .. the pillows were not comfortable

10.0Très bon séjour, chambre confortable et propre, bonne literie et restauration de bonne facture. Néanmoins, j'ai eu besoin d'un service de repassage en urgence, service non proposé.
