8.0この度はお世話になりました。スタッフの対応が良くて、特に男性の対応が非常によかったです。売店で売ってるお刺身もとてもおいしかったです。屋上の夕日スポットは時期のせいなのか建物が邪魔して残念な感じでしたが、朝早くすごく綺麗にみえました！部屋もリノベーションしており、海外にいるような感覚になりゆっくり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

6.0湖側のホテルとなっていたので楽しみにしてましたが反対側だったので残念でした。 お風呂がもう少し広いのを期待していました。 サービスはとても良かったです。 スタッフさんはみんな感じが良くて次も行きたいなって思いました ご飯も美味しかったです

6.0部屋に蜘蛛の巣がありました。 使わないとは言え、ベランダが汚くかんじ、窓を開けるのをためらうくらいでした。
惜しいなと思った点について
8.0室内が新しく綺麗で、大変満足しました。 エアコンの音が少し大きくて気になったのと、 浴室に小物をおける棚があったらいいなというのと、 シャワーの水圧が低いことが気になりました。

10.0温泉、食事、部屋、ロケーション、清潔感等に満足しています。 建物は新しくはないのですが、リノベーションやお手入れもよく、料金等は、良心的。また、行きたいです。 有難うございました。

6.0玉造温泉のお湯はとても良く肌はすべすべになりました。 ホテルは老舗だと思いますが全体的に古さを感じます。
