Decent hotel but could do with a deep clean
8.0Good location in Lekki. Family holiday and we had 4 rooms on different floors and parts of the hotel. Check in was okay but staff need to be trained to be warmer and sharp when receiving guests. I had been travelling for hours and was exhausted and the lady at checkout looked bored and tired. My room was not very clean and I showed housekeeping dust and dirt which they took the time to clean the following day. The sheets are brown and yellowed and should be replaced. The chair was dirty and stained. The fridge smelled like something had died in there and despite the complaint this was not addressed by the hotel. The one thing I liked was that the air-conditioning was cool but not all the sockets were working and so charging devices was a game of chance.
