8.0Room was big, bed was reasonable. Balcony was huge
− The bathroom was weird. Long skinny room with toilet one end and sink the other. There was a shower fitting on the wall in the middle of the room with no barriers. Ends up after the shower you end up with wet feet on a slippery tile floor if you want to go to the toilet or sink

4.0The cleaning team were super nice and helpful.
− We booked for 5rooms and the day we check out, we asked to keep one room till 4pm and they were asked 200baht for extra hrs. At the end the asked to leave the room at2pm instead of 4pm. I am soo disappointed that the second lady at the exception were not really nice as we don't speak fluently Thai and they don't speak English. So the communication were a bit off .that's the things I don't like about this hotel.
