We had to ask two times to clean our room. First in the morning then second in the afternoon when we were back from roam

− The rooms were dirty. The ceiling in our room had mold. The heater didn’t work. We were freezing!! When checking in, the person at the front desk did not speak English. We had a difficult time explaining that we had booked two rooms and what are requirements were. The breakfast in the morning was awful. All of the food was cold and the microwave was filthy.

− Mền gối khăn có vẻ cũ, không thấy sạch. Xà bông bịch, ít và khó sử dụng. Trong giới thiệu ks thấy để 4 sao nhưng tại bảng tên trước ks chỉ có 3 sao. Vậy có đúng là ks 4 sao không?
