Not bad at all, but Could be better
8.0Location close to airport, but quite far from famous mall like supermal karawaci. Room clean, nice android tv that connect to youtube and such. Nice shower, our room at floor 7 room 721 has weird noise 24 hrs, like car engine going with do re mi fa so la ti do at the highest note the sound drag long, hard to sleep at night. The food just right ok, the breakfast buffet maybe should open earlier at 5 in the morning instead of 6 to coordinate with free ride to airport that scheduled at 6, because early flight like Lion Air like what happened to us today where Lion Air cancelled our 9.30 flight abruptly and rescheduled us to Butik Air early flight at 7.30, we didnt have time to eat our buffet that already paid when we booked our room, and Butik Air only gave us a bread and a glass of mineral water that taste bad when our buffet cost 150k for each person has better food quality. Overall not bad, could be better.

Lived up to expectations
9.0Perfect for a hotel in the lower price range of a 'good' hotel. Not as fancy as a really fancy hotel, but also 100% better than the many 'low budget' hotels. The room has everything you need and is very clean. The staff is very kind. Nice restaurant in the building, convenience store across the street, and very many local foodstalls in the direct surroundings.
