5.0ロビーの雰囲気がよかった。露天風呂の雰囲気。市内の観光案内書が沢山。
− エレベーターを降りてから部屋に行くのに右左への部屋ナンバーの表示が欲しかった。例えば３０２号室が右にあるのか左にあるのかが少し部屋を見ないと分からない。旅館の前で写真を撮るのに旅館名が道路際から写しにくい。 ３人で一部屋を取ったが狭いと感じた。

10.0前台人员礼貌人情周到，会说英文，特别好。到达和离开酒店，打车都是免费的。房间很大，也很干净，有一直加热的热水壶，楼道里也有自动贩卖机和制冰机。早餐和晚餐都很有特色，尤其是晚餐，体验感非常好，不可错过。酒店有公共温泉和私人温泉，私人温泉可以预订一个时间段，一个房间一天预约一次，可以泡45分钟。总之，酒店的服务都很周到细致，下次来伊东依然会选择住这里。

− The only light in the room was a bit too bright and "clinical". Would have loved a small bedside lamp.

10.0Top notch staff who went over and above, beautiful private onsen, great massage in my room, quiet location within walking distance to a great town, taxi service to and from the property from the train station.

Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
