Bon emplacement et bon séjour malgré un accueil compliqué
8.0L’hôtel est bien situé à Alaçatı. Il est facile de se garer devant l’établissement, sauf le samedi à cause du marché. Le ménage était fait tous les jours et le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et très bon. Globalement, le séjour s’est bien passé après le premier jour.
− L’accueil le premier jour a été assez désagréable. Après 4 h de vol et 1h de route depuis l’aéroport d’Izmir, je n’ai pas pu accéder directement à ma chambre car la gérante insistait pour que je règle la note, alors que le séjour avait déjà été payé via Booking. La communication était difficile car la gérante et sa fille ne parlaient pas anglais, nous avons donc utilisé Google Translate. J’ai dû montrer plusieurs preuves, y compris le voucher Booking et le retrait fait sur mon compte bancaire par Booking, avant qu'elles ne veuillent me donner la clé de la chambre.

10.0Tout était parfait ! Chambre très propre, le linge sent bon, la salle de bain est très agréable. Le personnel est au petit soin c’est magnifique. L’emplacement est top il est collé au centre ville Alacati tout peut être fait à pied.

8.0Simple but cosy. The breakfast was really great - home made, various and delicious. The location - right in the heart on Alaçatı. The cost of the room was so low.
− It needs to make some little repair/renovation for the furniture and the bathroom.

10.0Cafe&barlara yürüme mesafesinde olmasi, yaninda migros olmasini, temiz, çalişanlarin güler yüzlu ve nazik olmasini ve güzel bir aile işletmesi olmasi bizi memnun etti. Tavsiye ederiz. Esra&Erhan Yolumuz bir daha Alaçatiya düşerse tercih edecegimiz güzel, temiz, şirin bir butik hotel😊
