Location was great

− TV remote did not function at all Toilet seat broken No shower curtain One micro sized soap chip provided “Dog friendly” did not state a $20 cash charge upon arrival ( felt pen note taped to cashier window) Was charged by Booking and again by facility (later Booking charge removed)??

Location, bed very comfortable

− Broken toilet cover, toilet not clean, drapes not clean. No mattress pad on mattress

Tehachapi. Lekker gegeten in goede restaurants

− Slechte voorzieningen. Alleen een bed en een stoel. Nul aankleding. Badkamer ver beneden peil.

All the staff are just wonderfully friendly. Please invest in some mattresses or mattress toppers.

I like how my parking was in front of my room. I like how the Rooms were like in a courtyard. I like the shower but took 15-20 minutes for hot water to come.

− It seems like they do the bare minimum to the property. I only had enough toilet paper for when I first arrived. No coffee pot in the room. The toilet was too close to the wall. The bed was very uncomfortable. They surely need a new mattress or a mattress topper.

Customer service was ok. But I got charged booking only ne just for them to say their internet is down and had to pay again and they didn't give me my refund for booking online..

− Their internet was down I already booked online and didn't say anything was wroung I go to them they say we can accept it online our internet is down. I had to pay cash. But wanted the refund for the seventy bucks that I paid online ..
