2.0The key card does not work everytime we go out of the hotel.We need to visit the front desk everytime we go to our room to let the key card work.and the television does not work as well. So inconvenient.

10.0All good, room good with quiet a/c but tapping sound irritating from fridge in room #606! Breakfast superb, Suzanne really looked after us, lovely food.

10.0The whole crew were just amazing, from the security guards to housekeeping staff, door men and receptionists. I can recommend this hotel.
Nice, not so friendly
4.0The hotel/staff did not want to give more than 2 towels per day for a room that can sleep 4. They would not leave washcloths and most of the time they did not replensh the coffee. To make matters worse, they would only let 2 people eat breakfast for free, the other 2 had to pay for a breakfast that is supposed to be included.
