10.0My stay at Gramm Hotel Ambarukmo was a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were complete, making it very suitable for a family stay. I stayed in a Deluxe King room and was kindly upgraded to a higher room category. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

10.0Nice and very clean hotel. Kind hospitality, we also get a welcome cake in our room along with greeting card. Location is very closed with Ambarukmo Mall. The bed and pillow are very comfy. Great experience
