8.0Perfect location! Building and interiors are a little dated but we chose it for this reason, a modern room did not seem to fit the vibe of the trip. Bed was comfortable. The rooftop breakfast was nice. You dont have to go far for anything you need. Staff was helpful, little to no English but i won't complain about another country not knowing my language. We chose a suite for the balcony and river view. I just wish it would have said somewhere that the balcony was standing room only, so small. If not for that, 5 stars all day long.

8.02 nice days by the river. Hotel right on the river front. Unfortunately the river Porsük was being dredged in the centre of town when we were there. Hotel very comfortable although fixtures and fittings a little worn. Super tram system for getting around. We are likely to return.

3.0Location and the people working at the front desk but that’s not enough
− When we first arrived in the hotel by entering to the room, the room was too small. I have requested to upgrade and paid the extra charges and on the second day we’ve been upgraded to a higher room but unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t have the safety requirement. I have discovered that the Fire alarm in the room was out of service. The bed was very soft. You’re not be able to walk the next morning. The toilet is another issue. There is many things that need to be done in the toilet. I have add some pictures plus the towels are expired. You cannot use them. The breakfast was very decent. you can smell cigarette all over the corridor and in the rooms. I have tried to contact Booking.com but unfortunately the Internet was so slow as well as the eSIM Internet was almost dead and because of all of that I have moved to another hotel. When I decided to extend my stay.
