− チェックインする時混んでいたからなのですがルームキーを渡されていなかった トラブルシューティングをまとめて忙しくても冷静でいられるようにしたら良いのかなと思いました

− 暑かったせいもあるので何とも言えないのですが部屋の中が湿気ありました。
旅をより良い思い出にしてくれたホテルでした。
10.0今まで利用したビジネスホテルの中で，食事も清潔感も素晴らしく，スタッフの方々の誠実さも伝わってくる，とても心地良い二日間でした。ホテル側の教育の素晴らしさを想像できました。同行者も感激していました。
