Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Sogar Spühlmaschinentapps, Seife in jedem Bad und Kaffeefilter waren da. Das kennen wir von europäischen Ferienhäusern nicht.

− Der Strand in der Nähe ist leider sehr sehr flach. Man muss weit gehen um überhaupt knietief im Wasser zu sein. Aber schön ist er trotzdem ☺️

A hidden gem, beyond expectations! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa with my family and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine kindness from the host. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the host Mr Alan was always just a message away for anything we needed during our stay. The villa itself is stunning. Spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with both comfort and style in mind. Every room felt cozy and luxurious, with high-quality linens, air conditioning, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals when we didn’t feel like going out. One of the absolute highlights was the outdoor area. The private pool was sparkling clean and the perfect place to relax throughout the day. Surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful landscaping, it truly felt like our own private paradise. There was also a shaded terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee and several delicious supper under the stars. The location of the villa was ideal, close enough to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away in a peaceful area that made us feel completely removed from the hustle and bustle. We had the best of both worlds: convenience and tranquility. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Whether you’re a couple, a family, or a group of friends, this place is an absolute dream. We’re already planning our return visit!

Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped villa with a lovely pool in a quiet, peaceful location, and easy island transport despite being a bit remote.

− One major downside was the electricity policy. While the costs were mentioned after booking, they were unreasonably high. We were charged nearly twice the actual cost of electricity, which added up to about $20 per day. This felt excessive and left a sour taste in an otherwise enjoyable experience. We strongly suggest including electricity in the booking price or charging a fair, non-inflated rate. It’s disappointing to feel taken advantage of over something so basic, especially when everything else about the stay was great.

A few meters away from the beach Superb home Shiva Beach Club is just around the corner (really nice food and cocktails + great amenities for the kids) Alan, the managing agent, was very reactive and did his best to answer our few requests

− I would suggest: - having someone to clean up the villa on a daily basis would be a nice to have (we had 6 kids with us) - changing the metal blades of the fan for wooden ones (just to avoid any injuries) Minor adjustments only
