总体来说体验很不好。首先通过预定窗口与酒店联系房间需求 未得到酒店回复 需要自己主动打电话过去。其次下午三点还是无法check in 入住。欢迎卡片也没写。 客房打扫服务也是迟到来打扫。 预约的泡泡浴也没有做。 完全不符合瑰丽的服务标准

10.0Отличный отель , персонал внимательный , завтраки отличные , свежие питьевые кокосы , омлеты из под ножа , европейские блюда , а также китайская кухня , свежевыжатые соки , полезные завтраки , вкусные фрукты , хороший кофе , хороший выбор выпечки . Отель с видами на море , два бассейна , один из них на крыше с прекрасным видом . В отеле отдыхают китайцы , нет русских и тп . Публика приятная . Номер просторный , каждый вечер приносили тарелку с фруктами , свежие кокосы , вечерний сервис с тапочками . Море чистое , красивое , на пляже работает ресторан . В отеле красивый ресторан итальянской кухни , стоит поселить и получить визуальное удовольствие . До заселения в роузвуд были в Ритц Санья - печальный отель , старый , нет лоска и нет обслуживания возле бассейнов и пляжа , потом поехали в Интерконтиненталь , он лучше ритц , но тоже нет везде сервиса кроме оживленного лобби с баром .
− Не всегда удавалось поплавать в море , персонал запрещал , но можно отойти 100 м и плавать уже не запрещают . Не понравился ресторан Фишмонгер , заказала 6 блюд - все несъедобное , часто не было про бокалам некоторых позиций вина на всей территории отеля . Высокие цены на меню в ресторанах и барах по сравнению с ценами в других китайских городах .
