10.0Все сподобалося, навіть перевищило очікування! Дуже стильно, комфортно, просторий номер, де є все необхідне, навіть для особистої гігієни, що не у кожному готелі є. Сніданки дуже смачні, кухня в цілому дуже поживна та різноманітна! Рекомендую всім!

1.0− Шукали житло на ніч з оплатою по факту на місті, але зіткнулися з наглим вимаганням. Замість оплати через додаток, адміністратор подзвонив і почав ставити умови, що треба скинути 2500 грн на чиюсь карту. Під час цієї телефонної розбірки виявилося, що умови там погані, погана шумоізоляція, під вікнами шумить стройка, а в самому будинку вирубили світло. Загалом вони начали мене збивати щоб я відмінила це бронювання і забула про них. Коли вони поняли що я не поведусь, то скасували його зі свого боку через чат типу що ми маємо вже негайно скинути задаток на карту. However, the worst part started after they cancelled our booking. The administration misused my private details for cyber scams. They logged in with my credentials and generated multiple ghost bookings at other properties using my phone number. This property is dangerous because they trade your private information. I have already filed a complaint to the cyber police.
