8.0Un trato buenísimo, todo el personal muy amable. Solo fue decepcionante que la piscina no funcionara. Ya que fue una de las razones por las que reservé ahí.. pero fuera de ese detalle todo excelente. Gracias!

4.0Far in the middle of nowhere, staff were not helpful and i asked the girl in the front desk for help with my luggage 3 times and she ignored my request., i don't recommend this place for a family especially if they have some luggages since there was no lift and i had to carry the whole family stuff upstairs alone
