Stayed one night and it definitely served its purpose.

Bedrooms clean with fridge, smart tv and fan for the warmer months. Grateful for the option to configure beds. Had 3 single beds. All comfortable The host was not on site but communication with the host was great. Locations good and bus stop right outside the property.

− Rooms had a kettle in them but there were no means to be able to fill them up yourself. No access to a sink. Only sink is in the shared bathroom. Bathroom on first floor could do with an update. “Breakfast included” is slightly misleading. We expected a cooked breakfast. There were self serve cereal dispensers with milk and a loaf of bread to toast with butter and jams available.

The Shower was large and nicely decorated. The Housekeeper was friendly and helpful.

− Room 1 A freshener meant for a urinal on the wardrobe. The fridge didn't work. The door had to be slammed to stay shut. Room 5 A request for a second chair was refused. An attic room where the bed was close to the slopped ceiling. I banged my head getting round the bed. We all checked out before 10.30. I received a phone call at 11.11 while awaiting our train at Enfield Town Station. I was informed that my Guest in room 1 had checked out late. I explained that my Guest had left early. I was told that they had proof that my Guest was asleep in his room. The Guest had left at 7.25 and was home in Maidstone before 10.30. After I got home I rang to check if they Looked at so called proof and realised they were wrong. I was again informed that they had proof that my Guest had checked out late. I was asked if I wanted them to send the proof, or should they charge me for the late checking out. I asked them to send me the proof. I am still waiting for them to contact me after they realised that the so called proof didn't exist. I expected to be staying in a Hotel not a converted House.

The room was clean. The smart tv. Easy to talk to staff over the phone

− Bedding not entirely clean. Plug missing in shared bathroom and missing plug in basin really unforgivable.

Affordable and good location

Great location, only ten minutes from Enfield Station. The room was clean and check in was easy.

− Curtains in the room were very thin and as it is summer the light came in early.
