2.0I had the worst experience at [MOX Hotel] in Sapanca. The room was filthy, smelled of mold, and the door handle was broken. The indoor pool was unusable, breakfast was awful, and the location/view was nothing like advertised. I paid for two nights but could only endure one. The lack of service was shocking—I had to change the mattress cover myself. Not recommended at all.

6.0This property need to maintain the rooms from furniture and bed quality and even windows and bathroom we had many issues regarding the door of balcony and smell of bathroom and beds were not comfortable plus the towels quality was poor the staff was helpful and breakfast was standard
