Great stay at Aloft
8.0We had a great stay at Aloft South Bend! The location was perfect, the industrial-chic vibe was fun and unique, and the oversized rooms and comfortable beds made for a relaxing visit. Easy parking onsite was a bonus. The only downsides were the dim bathroom lighting and a slight odor coming from the sink drain. The standout of our stay was Salleigh at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm smile, shared information about the hotel's artwork and local community, and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and well cared for. Her friendly, attentive service made a good impression.

10.0It has to be said this tjis is a beautiful property. And it must be added that the individuals I encountered made mlfor an amazing stay! From check-in to check-out, Esmeralda and Valerie provided top tier customer service. I also need to mention that KB was an amazing bar tender....Aloft, you made a work trip that much more fun and unforgettable!

10.0Every time my business partner and I have stayed at this location the staff has been amazing. So very accommodating to any of our requests! On multiple different stays here Salleigh at the front desk has been so enjoyable to speak with, gone the extra mile, as well as given us superb customer service! This is getting harder and harder to find these days, great stay and great staff!
