10.0I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and all the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What I appreciated the most was their fairness and great customer care—they didn't charge us any extra fees for additional requests. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!

10.0Location, design and decor of room. Clean room everyday. Clean towels provided daily. We stayed from 22.6.26 until 4.6.26. and the tempreature was 30'C . So grateful that the room had air con. Own balcony. Would highly recommend.

9.0Great location. On the quiet side of the Old Town. Nice to have a hot bath too. Very clean with fresh sheets and towels daily delivered Lots of space. Bathroom was spectacular. Air con was a plus. Big bed!
− Advertised as high floor. It is basically on the first floor. Having no rugs or carpet, people on top of you if they move chairs or anything, is quite loud. So if you are a light sleeper and the people from above don't sleep early, good luck! Hot tub takes a lot of time to fill in. No staff though. It is basically rented apartments.
