9.0La cortesia del personale, la posizione, l'arredamento, la spa inclusa nel prezzo
− La cena a buffet totale non perchè non fosse servita a tavola ma perché i primi inevitabilmente si scuociono e inoltre il buffet costringe a una abbondanza che va a scapito della qualità.... Se almeno i primi potessero essere scelti il giorno prima o la mattina stessa, la qualità ne gioverebbe in tutti i sensi e non ci sarebbero sprechi.
