− The room very dusty and the slide window full of dust even the bed heads and the shower head and the shower light and the even the door frame full of dust. It looks like it’s not been cleaned for along time. No house keeping they only supplied new towels and water daily .

10.0The property staff were very accommodating. They allowed early check-in for an additional fee, which was within our budget. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for the price. They come with all the necessities - clean bedding, AC, hot shower, TV, and toiletries. Nothing felt missing, and it was nice having enough space to spread out after a day of walking around Sapa.
