3.0הארוחת בוקר הייתה מגוונת וטעימה מאוד, נענו לכל הבקשות שלנו.
− השירות בקבלה מההתחלה לא היה אדיב ומאיר פנים. הורגש שאין רצון לתקשר איתנו כל כך רק לבצע את הצ׳ק אין. נכנסנו לחדר ומיד עלה ריח של עובש, ניכר שהוא לא מתוחזק, ומלא באבק. ביקשנו מיטה זוגית וקיבלנו 2 מיטות יחיד מחוברות, מרגישים את השקע ביניהם בלילה ואי אפשר לישון בנוחות במיטה כזוג. בנוסף, המצעים היו מלוכלכים בכתמים, כרית אחת דקה לכל אחד שלא הייתה נוחה. בחוקי החדר שמודבקים לדלת מאיימים בקנס אם נשאיר אור ומזגן דלוק כשאנחנו לא בחדר, דרך קצת מוזרה לקבל אורחים בחופשה. בתמונות בבוקינג יש מרפסות בהן ניתן לראות מאפרות על השולחנות. לא רק שלא קיבלנו מאפרה גם אמרו לנו שאסור לעשן, שבחוקים כתוב ללא עישון בחדר.. בקיצור,לא הרגשנו בנוחות במקום מכל הבחינות מלבד האוכל.
