Bei den heißen Temperaturen war die Wohnung immer schön kühl. Man konnte draußen im Hofgarten frühstücken.

Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, unfassbar schöner Innenhof mit vielen Pflanzen und ganz vielen größeren und kleineren Dekostücken und Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gemütlich.

− Nur der zur Verfügung stehende Gartengrill- er hätte gereinigt sein können. Aber auf Anfrage hat der Vermieter den Rost sofort gereinigt. Um die Asche vom Vorgänger zu entfernen, mussten wir eine Schaufel suchen.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem Märchenreich

Die Wohnung ist schön aufgeteilt. Die Küchenzeile beinhaltet alles was man zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Die Sitzecke mit Fernseher ist großzügig und mit einer Schlafcouch versehen. Der Esszimmertisch steht vor dem Fenster, von wo aus man einen wunderbaren Blick in den herrlich hergerichteten Innenhof hat. Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht zu klein, so dass keiner Beengungsängste bekommt. Im Badezimmer gibt es neben der Dusche auch eine Badewanne und der Raum ist ebenfalls großzügig geschnitten. Die Wohnung befindet sich unterm Dach, daher gibt es teilweise hohe Decken mit Holzbalken, was sehr anheimelnd erscheint. Es gibt im Haus einen Aufzug. Auch das Treppenhaus ist mit Nettigkeiten dekoriert. Der kleine Innenhof lädt zum verweilen ein. Dort kann man überall immer wieder etwas Hübsches entdecken. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist auch gut zu erreichen.

− Leider ist quer lüften kaum möglich, so dass bei hohen Temperaturen die warme Luft im Raum steht und es auch nachts kaum Abkühlung gibt. Das Badezimmer hat zwar eine Lüftung, aber kein Fenster. So dass auch hier die Wärme "steht". Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist nicht weit entfernt. Allerdings sollte man bei Anreise zum ausladen vor der Haustür parken. Denn alles vom Parkplatz rüber tragen wäre sehr mühsam.

Neben des sehr schönen Appartements, das - im Erdgeschoss liegend - angenehm kühl war (Außentemperatur ca. 30°Grad), gab es noch die Möglichkeit, sich in einem sehr gepflegten, begrünten und bestuhlten Aussenbereich/ Innenhof aufzuhalten... wunderbar! Wir waren zu dritt, das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr bequem. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin! Ein empfehlenswertes Quartier!
