10.0Straight-forward check-in and comfortable stay. Road at the front of the hotel is busy so if you are a light sleeper I would maybe suggest asking for a court-yard room. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Food and drink options were both very good in terms of choice, quality and cost. Centrally located so easy to navigate Astana from the hotel. Overall I would recommend of you are staying in Astana.
Really bad service, pity, 2 people spoil the review!
4.0Rooms are ok. The service in the restaurant is totally abysmal. We have ordered food three times and three times the orders were wrong. The man behind the bar is aggressive and interfered with the conversations, took one hour for food to come, music was turned up when asked to turn down. How is this place still running. May i add that the ladies here are good at their jobs ,and I have no issues with them.
