10.0The team was very responsive when I had a small issue and resolved it quickly. The apartment had everything necessary to complete my vacation and the view off the porch is amazing.

4.0We had an issue with the dryer. Ripped half my clothes so we had to go spend money on a whole new wardrobe. Wi-Fi didn’t work for our entire stay. We emailed, called and nobody would answer. Took them 2 whole days to respond and send someone to fix the dryer. Never fixed the issue with the Wi-Fi. Poorly managed. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience the dryer caused or try to make it right.
