9.0Sus vistas desde la habitación 1, el facil acceso y atención telefónica, la ubicación y lo limpio que estaba
Excellent location. Near but without the loud noises.
8.0Location: was walking distance to the Cathedral (the apt. was in the back) , the Plaza, Alcázar and a little bit far was the Acueducto. The rustic room is small, the bathroom was much bigger, the bed was comfortable.

1.0Lo único bueno que tuvo esta estancia es la ubicación. Todo lo demás, nefasto. Por el precio y por los servicios que parecen que prestan, esperaba que todo fuera más confortable; sin embargo, no fue así.
− Suciedad en la habitación. Nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría por la mañana. Los siguientes días, sí salió caliente. La máquina de bebidas estuvo 3 días sin agua. La máquina de café, 3 días sin leche y hacía un ruido tremendo, parecía que iba a explotar. La puerta corredera del baño no cerraba del todo y el pestillo se cayó varias veces (estaba pegado con silicona). El colchón deja mucho de desear. La cisterna sonaba todo el rato, tuvimos que cortar el agua por la noche para dormir un poco. El primer día se olvidaron de pasar a hacer la habitación (hay 7 habitaciones...), nos quedamos sin papel higiénico y sin gel. Llamamos varias veces, comunicaba...al final nos atendieron (mala actitud). Por la noche fueron a hacer la habitación. La televisión no funcionaba bien. No hay insonorización, se escucha todo. Nuestra habitación engaña en las fotos. Apenas entrábamos en ella. Preguntamos las indicaciones para el check-out de la habitación...nadie contestó.
