− 接客してくれたスタッフの方は笑顔がなく、口調が単調で聞き取りづらかったです。 写真ではドリンクバーと漫画がセットになっているように見えますが、ドリンクバーは有料で別料金が必要になるので利用される方は注意してください。 部屋に入った瞬間から汗臭い匂いが強く、備え付けの消臭スプレーを使ったり空気清浄機を回したりしましたが、結局匂いは取れませんでした。館内全体的にも汗臭い匂いが漂っており、滞在中は不快に感じてしまいました。

6.0清掃等しっかり行き届いていたところ。 駅からも比較的近くて良かった。
− 部屋に入った時にベッドリネン類の臭いが最初に気になった。なぜか古びた臭いが鼻につき、消臭スプレーをしたが、気になってなかなか寝つけなかった。シーツ交換もされていてベッドメイキングもしっかりされていたので余計に残念。私が敏感なのかも知れないが、特にガウン(シャツ)が良くなかった。

9.0I’d really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff.
− The beds were very hard and there wasn’t much to fix that. There were no bed toppers this American body was not prepared for how stiff the beds would be. But the staff was gracious enough to give me some extra blankets. So I managed alright.
