9.0Excellent location, lovely staff and accomodations. Water was nice and hot with great pressure from start to finish and the elevator system was very prompt. The view from the floor to ceiling windows in our room was great. Leadership presence was noted without them mentioning it. Our needs where anticipated from check in to check out. Great job Jkala Williams doorman Mat as and your smiling team, we will be back!

10.0Lovely hotel, but the real selling point is the amazing service. Special shout-out to Destiney, Anthony and the whole valet team; kind, courteous and engaging, extremely accommodating. We visit Charlotte 3-4 times per year, always look forward to the Kimpton experience.
Great trip in to see a show at Bank of America
10.0Easy walk to the stadium and good restaurants.The rooms were spacious and nice. It had a fridge with stocked mini bar options. The pillows and bed were very comfortable and the restaurant in the lobby was delicious for breakfast! Get the pizza!
