8.0Die Lage und der von allen nutzbare tolle Winterbalkon mit Blick auf den Cotapaxi, das abends angezündete Feuer im Zimmer. Blick vom Bett auf den Cotapaxi.
− Als Individualreisende fühlten wir uns als Touristen 2. Klasse. Unser Zimmer lag in der hintersten Ecke im Erdgeschoss. Es hatte somit kein WLAN-Empfang. Zudem kommt jeder Gast, der vom Restaurant in sein Zimmer geht am Fenster (mit freiem Blick aufs Bett) vorbei. Vorhang war blickdicht, Untergardine nicht vorhanden. Im Restaurant waren die besten Ausblicksplätze immer für Gruppen reserviert. Zimmer sind abgewohnt.

6.0− La comida de la carta no había en su mayoría de los platos no los tenían el personal en su mayoría no te ayudaba en nada, en la parte de la comida se demoraban mucho en servír y se olvidaban parte de lo que se les había solicitado, apesar de que estaba Hospedad ahí en le restaurante me Hacían esperar por mesa apesar de que no había nadie en las mesas decían que no Había y varias mesas No funcionaba el internet
The only lodge in Cotopaxi National Park. Views of the volcano, hiking or horse trekking, loved it!
9.0Great location, wonderful hiking, we wanted to stay for longer. We were upgraded to the VIP Suites because of a plumbing problem in our (Gold) room and we they upgraded us. Fabulous accommodation, choose it if you can. We had views of Cotopaxi volcano from the lounge and from our room and on our last night we saw the head torches of the climbers coming back down the volcano. It was a very special place to be.
− The staff took a bit of time to come around, but by the time we left we were on good terms. Good food in the restaurant, nice friendly chef, restaurant open all day
