“Horrible Experiencia MUY NEGATIVA: alojamiento en mal estado y sin soluciones”

− - LA PEOR ESTANCIA DE MI VIDA: - La calefacción no funcionó durante toda la estancia, incluso con noches de 7 °C. - La habitación estaba muy sucia: telarañas en techos y esquinas, polvo acumulado en rincones y suelo. - Paredes en mal estado: papel pintado despegado, zonas sin rodapiés y partes desconchadas. - El frigorífico no funcionaba. - Acceso a la habitación por un pasillo sucio, con lavadora y suelo llenos de polvo. - Presencia de insectos: arañas (matamos 3), mosquitos y una babosa. - Solo dejaron 1 toalla de ducha por persona para 5 días (sin toallas de manos). - El alojamiento prometía plancha según Booking, pero no había ninguna. - El personal respondía diciendo “enseguida lo arreglamos / lo llevamos”, pero no solucionaron nada. - El proceso de check‑in es confuso: dejan la puerta cerrada y hay que llamar insistentemente; no informan del procedimiento en ningún sitio. Vimos a otra pareja días después igual de perdida bajo frío y lluvia.
