− La stanza era molto piccola e nulla aveva a che vedere con la stanza presentata sull'annuncio su booking... Era presente una sola finestra di dimensioni ridotte, che dava sul palazzo che si trovava a pochissimi metri di distanza, la luce quasi non entrava... Non adatta ai claustrofobici insomma. La porta del bagno non presentava una serratura per chiudere la porta e la doccia perdeva... Inspiegabilmente ho trovato i miei maglioni, posti all'interno della valigia chiusa, bagnati e pieni di polvere... Ne ho parlato con la proprietaria, che mi ha detto che poteva essere stata la ragazza delle pulizie... Ancora devo capire come ha fatto a bagnare dei maglioni, posti all'interno di una valigia chiusa... deve averla aperta...

− The pictures of the rooms are not the ones we got. We booked a room with a balcony and paid around 115/night and we got a room without a normal window! There was only one “window” to the ventilation shaft. The room smelled moldy and the sheets had holes. The bed wasnt comfortable. Our keycards didnt work daily and we needed to change them. The personal was not there all the time. We needed to call her and wait for her. We had only one towel for each person like no hand/shower or hair towels at all… For this price we expected more.
