9.0- Frühstück - Lage - super freundliches und engagiertes Personal, bei unserer Ankunft bekamen wir erstmal sehr nützliche Tips und Erklärungen zur Stadt - Gym - Roof Top mit Pool und toller Aussicht -Kleinigkeiten wie jeden Tag kostenloses Wasser, eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zu unserem Hochzeitstag
− - wenn man schon ein durchdachtes 24 h Gym das ohne Kraftgeräte auskommen soll, aufbaut,dann sollte man die Kurzhanteln und Kettlebells auf etwas mehr als 10 Kilo ausweiten. Bin wahrlich kein Bodybuilder, aber ausser Dips (stabile Vorichtung ist vorhanden) und Seitheben konnte ich nichts an Krafttraining machen. Dafür gab es einen Sandsack :-)
