1.0Booked lost my money given to someone else owner left me to sleep in car after 12hour drive didn't give a shit stunk of booze rubbish no customer care

We stayed for a sum total of 1 hour before handing the keys back and leaving.
2.0The lady at reception was pleasant enough.
− There is a line between rustic and shabby, and unfortunately, this place leapt over that line and kept running. The rooms were dark and dingy, filled with an eclectic mix of knick-knacks and cuddly toys. The shared entrance area meant the guests in the next "cottage" had access to our lights. The bed was old, with a very saggy mattress. The bathroom was mouldy with a loose toilet seat and wobbly taps, finished off with a dark green towel which I wouldn't dare dry my hands on. The small patio to the rear had some assumedly white plastic furniture which had turned green. I didn't expect the Ritz, but this was truly awful.

1.0− Never got to stay at this establishment . They took the payment . When phoned them about check in time they say that they were fully booked . I need my money refunding ASAP the should have refunded it straight away but didn't this is bad would not recommend this place to anyone bad business if you ask me
