2.0The facility did not have power supply, no water to bath. I left wothout bathing and could not use the toilet. Room was not reserved for me even after paying. Poor management.

6.0I guess this people lied about the facilty it's not a real hotel, it's really sad that no back up plan for power outage, the swimming is more like a fish pond it's not in use . The generator cannot power the A/C .while people lie about their facility. No enough towel .i think i will make a claim

2.0This rating is about Expedia. Although it took time to locate the hotel, the hotel told me it is not doing business with Expedia anymore and that it has no room for me. That if there was any room, it would have me pay for it. I had to drive around city with the hire I had from the airport until I got a new place to stay. Expedia please return my money. This was not the agreement. Thanks
