− Manca un microonde e un velux sul tetto. Di sopra faceva troppo caldo, con un velux si potrebbe rinfrescare il sottotetto

10.0Ottima posizione comoda a tutti i servizi,appartamento curato e pulito, parcheggio di fronte all' appartamento, per chi ama le camminate nella natura segnalo che, i principali sentieri (tutti ben indicati), sono nelle immediate vicinanze

Luogo meraviglioso e tranquillo lontano dal turismo alpino di massa.
7.0Posizione , pulizia, terrazzo.
− La zona letto nel soppalco, sotto il tetto, in estate è eccessivamente calda anche per un realtà di montana. Con i tempi che corrono, fra un po’ (ahinoi) dovranno pensare a soluzioni climatizzate.
