10.0Excelente! A pasos del metro, lo que lo hace muy amigable para salir a cualquier lado de roma. A 7 mins a pie de una basílica que no todos visitan (la recomiendo). La habitación excelente en cuanto a limpieza y detalles. Nuestro baño está por fuera pero es un detalle menor, porque estaba extremadamente limpio. El desayuno, un Cornetto y un café de excelente calidad. La atención de Giovanni fue perfecta, se agradece mucho que hable español. Una ventaja al momento de la comunicación. Recomendado 100%.

8.0La posizione del B&B è senza dubbio il suo punto di forza: vicinissimo a San Giovanni e Piazza Re di Roma, è collegato in modo eccellente grazie alla Metro A e alla Metro C, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente Termini e il centro città. La struttura è davvero carina e accogliente, lo staff risponde sempre rapidamente ai messaggi e il letto era comodissimo e morbidissimo.
− Ci sono però alcuni aspetti migliorabili: Accessibilità: viaggiando con un bimbo piccolo, l'ingresso è risultato troppo stretto per il passeggino, tanto da dover smontare le ruote per poter entrare. Manutenzione della camera: sono presenti alcune crepe sui muri e l'armadio avrebbe bisogno di cura (mancavano dei pomelli ai cassetti e c'era una parte interna staccata). Pulizia e gestione segnalazioni: lavorando nel settore alberghiero noto molto certi particolari; ho trovato due capelli sulle lenzuola pulite (probabilmente caduti a chi ha rifatto il letto). Trattandosi di un soggiorno di una sola notte non ho chiesto il cambio biancheria, ma inviando la foto per segnalarlo ho ricevuto come risposta solo un'emoji, senza una reale presa in carico. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva, ma con una maggiore cura nella manutenzione e una risposta più professionale a questi piccoli imprevisti la struttura farebbe un vero salto di qualità.
