By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka, We got a nice spacious family room. super comfortable beds and lovely pillows. The bathroom was well-equipped. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking rice terraces, Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. short tuk-tuk ride from the center.

Excellent property. Very clean, and the staff and reception team were friendly, professional, and helpful. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

− The restaurant staff should communicate more honestly and clearly with guests. I was informed that only the buffet was available for dinner, but I later found out that à la carte (regular) ordering was also available. Providing accurate information would improve the guest experience.

Our stay at Golden Crown Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The front desk team welcomed us warmly and made the check-in process smooth and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, the kids' club and playground were fantastic and kept the children entertained, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for families. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding, offering a wide selection of delicious international cuisine with excellent quality and plenty of variety. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and catered to different tastes, making dining at the hotel a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Mihirini for her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful from the very first day. What impressed us most was that even on her day off, she continued checking on us through WhatsApp and even asked her colleagues to check on us and ensure we had everything we needed. Her dedication and genuine care made our stay even more special. Thank you to the entire Golden Crown Hotel team for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Very friendly staff, helpful, lovely big room, beautiful pool, lovely buffet breakfast. I was unwell and they organised a special soup for me to help me feel better, and didn't even charge us! Free cocktails offered at dinner which was a lovely touch.

− We would have preferred a separate living area to hang out after the kids went to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel from start to finish. Even before we arrived, I needed to change my booking dates, and the hotel accommodated my request without any hassle. The entire process was smooth, quick, and professionally handled, which gave us confidence before our stay even began. From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, everything was well organized. The staff were welcoming, polite, and always willing to help. The check-in process was efficient, and the overall service throughout our stay was consistently excellent. A special mention goes to Chathurika, the Guest Relations Executive. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. She assisted us during both check-in and check-out and was always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Her warm hospitality and genuine care for guests made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff's attention to detail made us feel valued as guests. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay.
