4.0Cheguei precisei aguardar 20 min. Não localizavam a reserva. Depois disseram que o check in era para as 14 horas.depois avisei que iria sair para uma festa de aniversário disseram que iriam abrir imã excessao???
− Cobraram antecipado tudo depois ainda cobraram sais de uma hidromassagem???o lugar não corresponde as fotos. Péssimo!

− Péssimo café da manhã. Serviram café sem leite e a quantidade de café não dava para 2 pessoas e a manteiga mal dava para 1 pessoa.
Peéssimo lugar e pessoal muito mal educado.
2.0Chegamos ao estabelecimento e fomos informados que não existia nenhuma reserva a nós, além de terem sido estremamente mal educados em insensíveis com a situação, E com isso, fomos informados que não tinha mais a unidade que queriamos e como já era noite e não sabiamos onde iriamos dormir, pegamos outra unidade e PAGAMOS diretamente ao estabelecimento (segundo eles não tinha nenhuma reserva pela Hoteis.com e a cobrança do meu cartão via plataforma Hoteis.com, somente seria efetivada se eles registrassem o check-in, o que não ocorreu)
