6.0The location was great for our needs. It was clean, and the what staff i saw were very nice.
− Unless you physically went down and asked they did not clean the rooms or change out the towels. I usually reuse the towels m but by the 3rd day we needed a change out. We left the room available for thwm to clean and change things and they did nothing. That was the biggest complaint. We were there for 7 days....

10.0I had a family member in a care center so had to stay for an extended period of time. This hotel accommodated my request and partners with the care center to offer families a discounted rate. Other hotels nearby do the same thing but their discounts are not very good as compared to My Place. What a great company to do that! My room was spacious and clean. The full size refrigerator was so handy to have. The staff have been very kind and helpful with questions. The location is perfect with a beautiful walking path nearby. I would stay here again in a minute.

6.0Friendly staff and good location and fair price
− Room smelled really bad, smell was stuck in carpet and probably grease in the microwave hood fan. Dishes for kitchen were not available to borrow but had to be purchased. The hard floors were sticky and when I mopped it to get rid of the sticky the white towel was really dirty tap that was gross.
