8.0I stayed here for the weekend (~3 days). After a fairly rough check-in, I walked into the room to find it had not been cleaned after the last occupant had left. I communicated with the staff, but the process was clunky and irritating. After figuring out that every message I sent had to have a corresponding e-mail response, I was finally able to convey the problem. The result? I was moved across the street for the night, and the room was cleaned the next day. The room was okay. The air conditioner / heater was noisy, but that is all I have to say that was really bad about it. No, my main gripe is the awkwardness of the check-in process and messaging the concierge-service/front-desk. Everything else was more or less fine.
