4.0We did not stay at this hotel. They had air conditioning problems and sent us to another hotel. That hotel did not have rooms either so we were sent to the Aloft in Tempe. That hotel was fine and we were accommodated nicely.

10.0Secluded among other businesses but still close to the freeway and major crossroads. Very nice maintained property considering the volume of traffic that comes through it. Maintenance does a good job. Front desk staff were above average and rather quick with service and check in. No issues on this stay.
