6.0Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i predusretljivo. Posteljina i peškiri su redovno menjani. Kreveti i jastuci su vrlo udobni. Enterijer je lepo dizajniran. Lokacija je vrlo dobra.
− Bilo je problema sa snabdevanjem toplom vodom svih sedam dana koliko smo boravili. Čekali smo da poteče topla voda po nekoliko minuta, i kad bi došla, tekla bi 30 sekundi ili minut, i onda bi opet krenula hladna. Tuširali smo se hladnom ili koristili ketler da bi supruga oprala dugu kosu. Majstor koji je dolazio malo je ublažio problem, ali nije ga rešio, jer je očito potrebna rekonstrukcija celog sistema zagrevanja topke potrošne vode. Često se osećao neprijatan miris iz kupatila, jer kanalizacioni sistem očito ne funkcioniše kako treba. Mini bar se nalazio u prostoru sa vratima ispod stola koji nije imao nikakve otvore za ventilaciju, tako da je vrlo slabo rashlađivao piće u njemu i bio gotovo neupotrebljiv.. Loše je ugrađen.

Great location, would stay in future when back to Rome.
9.0Located in the heart of Rome, right next to Piazza Navona and just a 5–6 minute walk to the Pantheon. It's within walking distance of the Vatican and all major sights. Because the location is so central, it was easy to pop back to the room for a break after lunch during the hottest part of the day.
− Only accept cash for city tax. It would be good if hotel accept card payment.
