8.0I like the location. The room was very comfortable.
− Well we i got there i went to my room. I paid for a double bed, I got the right room but then they come tell me I have to move to a single room or i can get my money back an leave. Mind you I'm in my double bed room get myself together. I had the room for 1 week an I got the room cause I was traveling from Mississippi. So if I didn't move to the single bed room I wouldn't have a room for the week. So I move to the smaller room. The staff was rude.

2.0The bed was comfortable, washers and dryers worked good.
− They put me down stairs by the desk. I have a dog and that night she was just pacing, all we heard all night was the bell for service. The tv wouldn’t work right. The motel was in a busy section of Plano , so you smelled heavy POT smoke.

7.0The Location was good because it wasn't too far to get to our destination. I like it had a kitchen and what n3o so you can cook if yoi want to.
− Its right off the freeway so you can hear the cars.
