− La parte de la atención en la alberca la persona que está en me imagino es la barra nunca salio a ofrecer algo bebidas, no hay quien te de o informe de toallas o algo solo salio por sus alimentos y ya no salio para nada Creo que falta que ofrezcan para vender En el restaurante la comida y el cafe llegan tibios

− El restaurants solo funciona para desayuno y en la noche sería una gran opción por la vista. Las almohadas son muy incómodas, las habitaciones requieren una renovación.

5.0Basically it was OK but in the first thing when they did the check and the room that I supposed to get it, I didn’t get it because the room they have a problem with the TV and the Internet and a bad thing that I didn’t have any TV in that room my original reservation so they switched me to another Room with the TV working, but it was a two individual vets so basically basically I wasn’t not so happy with that
− The only thing I’ve even like that is because problems with the TV and also some kind of like I don’t know something was somewhere or whatever but it was not very quiet one of my time

− The pool is not open until 10, and the advice said that they have a bar in the pool, but that's not true. They don't change the towels in the room every day, and there is no AC in the room,

− La habitación tenia un alacrán, no revisaron a fondo antes y la alberca tiene mucho bichitos que van cayendo durante el día y no funcionan las luces de un jacuzzi
