10.0El hotel es de los mejores de los que hemos estado en China. La ubicación es excelente, y el personal es lo mejor del hotel. Desde el primer momento Crystal nos hizo sentir como en casa. Tuvimos un problema al dejarnos una cartera en el hotel anterior y Crystal coordinó todo para que la enviaran al siguiente. El desayuno internacional es excelente y a la carta. En Pingyao el tiempo parece que se ha detenido.

10.0Es un hotel perfectamente ambientado, en el que se respira tranquilidad. Ubicado al lado del casco histórico. La atención de Crystal y Leo fue excelente, ambos se comunican perfectamente en inglés. El desayuno y la cena estuvieron geniales

This Hotel Is An Absolute Treasure!
10.0We have stayed in many excellent hotels and Jing's residence is truly exceptional. If you have a chance to stay here, don't miss it! The property is even more impressive than in the photos, it is incredibly traditional, elegant, and lovingly preserved. It is a perfect oasis in the bustle of PIngyao. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included and they were both wonderful. The staff were all warm and sincere, and extremely helpful. We arrived during a rainstorm, and the driver, whom the hotel had booked, let the staff know in advance that we were arriving. They brought us umbrellas and whisked our luggage into the hotel. This hotel is really exemplary and 100% worth the price. Stay here if you want your stay in China to be truly special.

10.0A stay at Jing's Residence is a MUST if you are lucky enough to spend time in the historic town of Pingyao. With its tastefully appointed interiors, the authentic look and feel of the exterior architecture, as well as the beautifully executed meals, a stay at Jing's is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff is highly professional, courteous, attentive, patient, and kind. A massive thank you to Chrystal and all her colleagues for making our stay so memorable. No need to overthink this--if you want perfection during your time at Pingyao, then stay at Jing's.
