10.0Výborná a klidná lokalita, snadná dostupnost metrem. Metro v pěší vzdálenosti do 3 minut. V blízkosti několik supermarketů, restaurací a velkým obchodním centrem.

− Camera piccolissima con finestra non apribile che dava su un cavedio. Tutte le stanze affacciavano su cortili angusti perciò molto buie sempre. Bagno rivestito di nero buio sarà stato pulito?!?!! Chissà! Cucina piena di polvere e grasso e posate e stoviglie contate 3 pezzi. Armadi polverosi. Nelle camere era presente solo un ventilatore l aria condizionata solo in soggiorno.

− Des voisins un peu bruyants. Mais ça ce n est pas de la faute de l établissement.
Good to know
- The damage deposit that will be requested upon arrival is EUR 200. It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings.
- Check-in after 19:00 has an extra cost of 30€ and check-in after 00:00 have an extra cost of €50.
- It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit.
- Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time.
- Please inform The White Flats Les Corts in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building. - For the safety of all guests, we inform you that there are surveillance cameras in the building, only in the common areas, more specifically at the entrance and on the landings of each floor.
