10.0Cozy house and clean. Could probably improve on soundproofing the rooms as we could hear snoring and murmuring from other rooms at night. Some guest tends to overuse the kitchen for heavy meals and we had to wait for our turn. However we do loved our stay and it has a very nice view from my room - I could see faint aurora. Would come back again!
